Honeyblood have revealed their new single and video for ‘Ready For The Magic’ alongside the announcement of new album Babes Never Die, out 4 November on Fat Cat Records. Fans of the Glasgow two-­piece - frontwoman Stina Tweeddale and drummer Cat Myers - will be pleased to see the formidable formula still in place: typically grungy guitar drives the action along towards the earworm chorus that feels somewhere between Le Tigre and White Stripes in its blissful rock simplicity. With a run of live dates confirmed as well, we're definitely ready for more magic from the tremendous twosome. -G.O'B
